It is only possible to register on our website and via secure payment by credit card. An additional 8% administration fee will be charged. Those administration fees are not refundable in case of cancellation.

Priority registration for runners holding a valid UTMB index will be open for 48 hours, commencing on April 9th at 18:00 (Hong Kong time, GMT +8), offering an early bird discount (limited offer, first come first serve basis). Following this period, registration will be available to all runners, regardless of UTMB index status, until the specified date and time or until race slots are filled.

Minimum age

TransLantau 25km : 16 years old (born in year 2008 or before), with a parental permission

TransLantau 50km : 18 years old (born in year 2006 or before)

TransLantau 100km : 18 years old (born in year 2006 or before)

TransLantau 120km : 18 years old (born in year 2006 or before)

**In order to sign up for the TransLantau100 and TransLantau120 races, you must possess a valid UTMB index of 20km and 50km respectively. **

Registration transfer :

To another race of the same event :

It is possible to transfer a registration to a shorter distance until 4 weeks before the event and in the limit of places available. In this case, no refund will be made. It is also possible to ask to transfer a registration to a longer distance but the request will not be automatically accepted and will be at the discretion of the race director

Elite Runners :

In order to give fair recognition to high level athletes and to ensure a fair management of entry applications, we reserve places for elite athletes according to their UTMB Index in the category of the race they chose to compete. Elite runners must register during the registration period. No registration will be accepted after the deadline.

Runners meeting the criteria may benefit from the above registration conditions.

• Cancellation insurance The purpose of this cancellation insurance is to enable runners to receive a full refund of the entry fee if they wish to cancel their entry for the reasons described in the terms and conditions of insurance, available below: https://www.refundable.me/ The cancellation insurance must be stipulated at the time of registration.

• Refund without insurance : If the participant does not subscribe to the insurance, no refund will be possible.

In the case of the cancellation of a race, for any reason whatsoever, decided more than 15 days before the departure date, a partial refund of the registration fees will be made. The amount of this refund will be determined in such a way as to enable the organization to cover all the non-recoverable expenses incurred as of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancellation decided less than 15 days before departure or in the event of interruption of the race, for any reason whatsoever, no registration refund will be made.
